Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange-only — no refunds

All purchases from Made to Minister are exchange-only. We do not offer refunds. If something isn't right, we'll work with you on a size or color exchange within the windows below.

Hats — 30-day exchange window

Hats may be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. If your requested size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Apparel — 7-day exchange window

Apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) may be exchanged for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery. Same condition requirements apply.

• Proof of purchase is required.
• Exchanges are for size or color of the same item.
• If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
• One exchange per order.
• Sale or promotional items are not eligible.
• Worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.

Exchange process

1. Email info@madetominister.com within your exchange window (30 days for hats, 7 days for apparel).
2. Once approved, we'll send return instructions.
3. Customer pays return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.
4. Use a trackable service; we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or store credit.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email info@madetominister.com within 7 days. If confirmed, we'll replace it at our expense. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Policy updates

Made to Minister may update or modify this policy without prior notice. Please check our website for the latest version. By purchasing from Made to Minister, you agree to these terms.
